Audit Officer

Responsibilities:

Review documentation and ensure audits meet timelines.

Ensure compliance, identify risks and recommend mitigation.

Review costs, variances, and cash handling within CHERRY GORUP OF COMPANIES, retail, services, telecommunications, and other affiliates

Prepare and review reports; communicate findings to departments.

Monitor implementation of recommendations and assist in investigations.

Assist in planning and scheduling audits.

Monitor progress of assignments.

Review findings for accuracy.

Recommend improvements to controls.

Stay updated on auditing standards.



Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and or any 4-year degree.

With 3-5 years in auditing, exposure to financial and operational audits

Audit methodologies, risk assessment, compliance frameworks, financial analysis, ERP/accounting systems.
