Role Description

Purpose Statement: The automation team identifies, develops, deploys, and maintains automation solutions across the Plexus value stream to improve quality, efficiency, and velocity in Plexus manufacturing operations, encompassing design, development, analysis, production, and commercialization.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Develops manufacturing solutions/ provide services that are innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy all stakeholder's (customer, manufacturing, material, agency, etc.) needs and requirements through an established area of technical expertise and mentorship of others within site as it applies to their role.
Demonstrates effective communications (teleconference, email, and in-person) through interaction with customers (internal and external) regarding project technical subject matter.
Demonstrates expertise in the full Plexus manufacturing process on small to mid size projects, as it applies to their role.
