Role Description

 We are looking for an AV Coordinator to join our Technology team! The AV Coordinator will manage end-to-end aspects of audiovisual projects, conferences, and site meetings. To excel in this position, we are seeking a demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and effectively communicate with both internal and external clients, positively influencing others and driving results.
 As an  AV Coordinator , you will:
 Coordinate and oversee all aspects of audiovisual requirements for projects, conferences, and site meetings.
 Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand audiovisual needs, providing tailored solutions and defining the scope of work needed for job completion.
 Maintain an inventory of audiovisual equipment, ensuring all items are recorded upon receipt and readily available for projects.
 Coordinate equipment programming, installation, transportation logistics, and on-site bookings with clients.
