**Primary Function**
Serve as the technical lead for the installation, integration, and maintenance of advanced audio visual (AV) systems throughout the clients corporate meeting spaces. Oversee AV refresh projects, ensuring all systems are installed, commissioned, and maintained to the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. Deliver hands-on technical expertise, detailed project oversight, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, highly regulated corporate environment. Educate end users, respond to service requests, and maintain a professional presence across all interactions.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Install, configure, and test AV solutions including displays, Microsoft Teams Room equipment, microphones, speakers, control panels, and networked AV devices. Ensure all installations meet corporate and AVIXA standards for quality and safety.
