Overview:
Our team has developed a strong culture of safety, professionalism and personal responsibility, we expect all team members to adhere to team standards of conduct.
Instructors are responsible for safely training new vehicle operators, scaling the essential skills to become effective autonomous drivers. Instructors are expected to train for six to eight hours per day, developing a unique set of skills to accommodate different learning styles, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure a consistent training program across the organization. The Instructors are expected to also provide clear, concise, professional, and accurate feedback for the trainees.
