Role Description
The B2B Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives managing retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clients, ensuring performance excellence, conversion quality, and sales growth through structured monitoring and training. Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve revenue and outreach targets. Manage and expand relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clinics.
