Back-end Associate

Join RONA's Receiving and Handling team and help ensure smooth and accurate product flow for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves (sort and unpack product, operate forklift to transport product to appropriate areas).
• Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received.
• Complete paperwork with attention to accuracy.
• Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate store equipment in assigned work area (forklift, pallet jacks, electrical lifts, computer, scanner, etc.).
• A commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with material handling equipment will be considered an asset. <...
