Position Overview

Our client, one of Canada’s leading financial institutions, is seeking an Investment Processing Administrator to join its Investment Processing team in downtown Toronto. The role is in‑office 4 days a week and remote 1 day; this is non‑negotiable. The position was opened to support increased peak‑season volumes and focuses on day‑to‑day operational processing within a strictly back‑office environment. The successful candidate will ensure investment‑related transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with internal procedures and service standards. Key Responsibilities
