Role Description

 We are looking for an energetic and supportive Back Office Supervisor to act as a key coordinator for our banking operations and a central point of contact between our operational team and external financial institutions.
 If you aleady have experience in a similar magerial position and enjoy coordinating complex processes and collaborating across teams, this is the role for you.
As a Back Office Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:
Supervise and manage all day-to-day operations and procedures related to tangible/real estate collaterals and securities
Ensure the utmost completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance of all supporting documentation and loan files
Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate effectively with banking institutions, external partners, and competent public services
