Backend Engineer

We are hiring a senior backend developer with strong experience in scalable backend systems, real-time architecture, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization.

Experience Required

4–5+ years of backend engineering experience.

Strong Requirements

• NestJS architecture and scalable backend patterns
• PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Redis / Valkey caching, pub/sub, distributed locks, and rate limiting
• Background workers, queues, retries, delayed jobs, cron jobs
• Scalable API architecture and production-grade backend systems
• AWS services including S3, CloudFront, RDS/Aurora, SQS/EventBridge, SNS
• WebSocket / Socket.IO real-time communication systems
• Media upload, storage, and processing workflows
• Notification batching and event-driven systems
• Production debugging and performance bottleneck analysis
