BACKEND MOLD PROCESS ENGINEER

**JOB SUMMARY**

To provide process engineering support for manufacturing line and responsible for improving and maintaining equipment efficiency which lead to quality and yield improvement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ To perform molding equipment maintenance, molding process and improvements which are to be attained through practical use of statistical tool methods, data extraction and analysis.
+ To conduct machine life span studies and equipment maintenance cost reduction.
+ Ownership on operational indicators such as safety, machine OEE,UPH, MTBA line yield and machine defect reduction.
+ Budgeting, capital planning and capacity installation.
+ Support process and engineering development for NPI.
+ To drive equipment improvement and efficiencies
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes/internal control and ensure

compliance in the work area.
