As an R&D Team Leader, you will:
Lead & Develop: Manage a team of senior backend engineers focused on performance, Big Data, and complex infrastructure. Mentor team members and recruit new talent.
Own the Architecture: Oversee design, development, and maintenance of our Big Data infrastructure. Conduct design and code reviews while maintaining a ~30% hands-on technical role.
Drive Innovation: Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our stack. Stay current with industry trend...
