BarFab Production Planner

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating quarterly production plans based on demand, operating goals, and capacity constraints
• Generate weekly production goals and report daily on the progress
• Provide delivery schedules/commitments by product and by customer
• Prioritize production activities through dispatch lists or other means
• Highlight and elevate constraints. Interface with material planners, internal factories, IT, manufacturing engineering, and management to meet goals
• Interface and coordinate with engineering for NPI (New Product Introduction) builds/activities in the production line
• Conduct what-if analyses to enable business decisions
• Work with industrial engineers to balance the production line

Education & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a planner/scheduler preferably in semiconductor wafer fabrication ...
