Role Description

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role:
Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature creations, mocktails, premium spirits, wines, and coffees.
Maintain a thorough and current knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries accurately.
Ensure all drinks are prepared with precision, consistency, and a high standard of presentation, adhering to recipe specifications.
Create bespoke beverages based on guest preferences and available ingredients.
Welcome and engage with a diverse, international clientele in a professional and friendly manner, creating a memorable bar experience.
Provide attentive service by taking orders promptly, offering recommendations, and upselling premium products.
Anticipate guest needs and ensure their satisfaction by checking on them regularly.
