BDR Manager

Your Role

As BDR Manager, you will own and accelerate the outbound-sourced pipeline and conversion to revenue across France, Germany, and Italy. You'll lead a high-performing team of 5 multilingual BDRs located in Paris and Barcelona, who partner closely with Sales to generate and qualify opportunities from cold and warm outbound motions. You will orchestrate GTM tactics (account tiering, intent and trigger signals, multichannel sequences, events follow-up) to ensure our prospecting-to-pipeline-to-revenue engine runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities
