Role Description
We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR)
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven BDR to join our growing team and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love outbound sales, and are motivated by hitting (and exceeding) targets — this role is for you.
Timing
5 PM to 2 AM
Mostly stratch up to 3 or 4
Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
What You’ll Do
* Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers
* Book qualified meetings for the sales team
* Identify, research, and engage decision-makers across target accounts
* Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
* Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
* Work closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth
* Consistently meet and exceed activity and meeting targets
