#BECA AHE - Manufacturing Engineering Trainee (2026/H2)

Overview

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines to join an exclusive graduate program in Spain. The program runs from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027 and includes a Master’s program and an 11‑month internship at Airbus Helicopters Albacete.

Key Dates

• Selection process: May 2026 – September 2026
• Internship start: early October 2026
• Internship duration: 11 months (full‑time, 40 h/week)

Responsibilities

• Operate daily operations in the production of Airbus Helicopters rear fuselages.
• Support industrialization processes, bridging design data to manufacturing and collaborating with the design office to influence product architecture.
• Maintain efficient workflow and accurate execution by producing robust documentation and supporting change management in production.
• Apply continuous improvement to meet Industrial Excellence goals.
