Behavior Technician - School

**Behavior Technician (Per Diem) – 2025/2026 School Year**
**Location:** Chula Vista, CA
**Pay:** $23–$25/hour
**Schedule:** Up to 32.5 hours per week (as-needed)

We’re hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings throughout Chula Vista for the 2025/2026 school year. This is a per diem role with steady weekday hours available, working closely with students who benefit from additional behavioral support.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral needs
+ Follow behavior plans and support strategies provided by school staff or specialists
+ Help students stay on task, manage transitions, and build positive coping skills
+ Collaborate with teachers, aides, and support teams throughout the day
+ Track and report student progress as needed

**What we’re looking for:**
