Role Description
Some pupils need a consistent adult who sticks with them, even on the tough days.
We’re looking for a Behaviour Mentor TA to support pupils who need extra guidance with behaviour and engagement in a BS3 primary school.
What your day will involve:
You’ll work closely with pupils who may struggle with behaviour, helping them understand expectations, manage emotions, and stay engaged in learning.
You’ll build strong relationships, provide structure, and work alongside staff to create consistency.
