We are seeking a dedicated, resilient and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist PRU where pastoral care, emotional regulation and trusting relationships are at the heart of everything the School does. You will be expected to act as a key adult for identified students, building strong, trusting relationships that help them feel safe and understood in School.

All students have an EHCP and require consistent, skilled adults who understand that behaviour is communication.

The Role:
