Role Description

KICK is a christian charity dedicated to transforming young peoples lives through sport and support. We are seeking a passionate and motivated behaviour support worker to join our team in Stoke. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a school setting, supporting students to overcome barriers of learning, improve their wellbeing and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilites

- provide support to students, creating and reviewing trailed support plans

- support inpovments in attendace, behaviour, and academic achievements.

-Build a strong relationship with students, parents and school staff.

- support students with emotional and behaviouralneeds

About you- we are looking for someone who
