Behaviour Support Worker

Empowering Learning are working with a Secondary Special Needs School in Wakefield who are seeking Behaviour Support Workers/Sport Coaches to support in their classrooms on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. These roles are to start after the May Half Term and are temp to perm for the right candidate.

Pay: £100-£110 a day Monday to Friday school hours 8.30 - 3.30pm

The school caters for Primary and Secondary pupils supporting Children with Autism and Challenging Behaviours and communication needs.

You will be involved in classroom duties and off-site recreational activities.

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students.
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism.
