Behaviour & Wellbeing Support Assistant

We’re working with a welcoming school looking for a Behaviour & Wellbeing Support Assistant to support pupils who need a bit of extra help with emotional regulation and engagement. You’ll be a calm, consistent presence in their day, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping students manage emotions and build positive behaviours
• Creating a calm, structured environment with clear routines
• Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils

• A patient, steady approach, especially on challenging days
• An interest in behaviour, wellbeing, or SEND
