In the role of Benefits Analyst you will: 
Analyze benefits utilization, claims experience, cost drivers, and trends as well as prepare reporting and insights to support benefits strategy, renewals, and risk mitigation.

Support annual benefits renewals, plan design changes, US open enrollment activities, and compliance requirements, including distribution of notices, Form 5500 filings, and regulatory testing.

Support the delivery and administration of Canadian and International employee benefit plans, including Health, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, AD&D, and Retirement Savings.

Engage with employees and internal partners on complex benefits inquiries, issues, enrollments, eligibility changes, and life events.

Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives to streamline, standardize, and improve benefits processes, enhance employee experience, and drive efficiencies....
