Role Description
**SIGN ON BONUS: UPTO $7,000**

**JOB SUMMARY**
Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Knowledge of methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining buildings and facilities.
