About Our Client

Our client, A wholesaler selling to manufacturers and retailers across Canada, is seeking a bilingual (French / English) Inside Sales Representative to join their established and successful business.

Responsibilities

As part of the Business Development team, the Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

• Speak with French speaking clients over the phone and develop knowledge of their needs, establishing rapport and relationship nurturing


• Take detailed orders from customer and enter the order information in to the database


• Interact with clients via email, processing orders and returns


• Keep the customer contact data up to date in the database


• Notify management of any errors or omissions in orders, as well as relevant customer feedback
