The Role

The Software Training & Transitions (STT) Bilingual Trainer – Fixed Ops is responsible for delivering effective training and support to customers on the PBS Dealer Management Software, in both English and French . This role focuses on ensuring customers gain the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully use the software, both through virtual and in-person training sessions. The trainer will develop a thorough understanding of all software modules, assist with new software installations, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process.
