Bilingual Outbound Claims Specialist

This is a remote position. We are seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented, and fluent Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish/English) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will be responsible for conducting initial screenings, gathering critical information, and ensuring a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator in both English and Spanish who excels at active listening, accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service in fast-paced or high-stakes situations. First Impression: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients reaching out via phone, web forms, text, or live chat in both English and Spanish.
