Job Description

You will support end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles within our Canadian business, including cost managers, project managers, and project controls specialists, partnering closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to attract and secure high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for project-focused roles.
• Support hiring managers by providing market insights, contributing to recruitment strategies, and advising on talent availability across key roles and hiring initiatives.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring timelines, success profiles, and selection criteria.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive outreach, market mapping, competitor research, and relationship-building within key talent communities.
