Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Technical Writer (m/f/d) (German-English) to join our Global Product Management Operations team. This role is ideal for a linguistically skilled communicator who excels at translating complex technical information into clear, precise, and accessible documentation in both German and English.

Purpose

As a Bilingual Technical Writer at Syntax, you will create and manage comprehensive documentation for our products and services, lead documentation and translation projects, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and usability.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Development
  • Develop and implement documentation standards, templates, terminology and best practices.
  • Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, including service descriptions, statements of work, and website content in German and English.
