Role Description
- Prepare and process customer invoices and billing statements accurately and on time
- Maintain and update customer account records and information
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections activities
- Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team
- Ensure all financial documents are filed and archived properly
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or Administrative Assistant in an accounting or
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Proficient in using accounting software SQL and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
