We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Billing Analyst with a strong understanding of agentic AI systems to optimize and transform billing and revenue operations. This role bridges traditional billing operations with next-generation AI-driven automation, enabling intelligent workflows across the Q2C lifecycle. Job Requirements

Q2C Billing Operations

Manage end-to-end billing processes across the Q2C lifecycle (Quote → Order → Invoice → Cash).

Ensure accurate invoicing for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models.

Handle billing exceptions, adjustments, and dispute resolution.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to ensure contract-to-bill alignment.

Maintain compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
