BIM Architect (m/f/d)

Overview

Our client is a global architecture & design practice with over 20 years of experience and headquarters in Dubai. As part of its European expansion, the firm is opening a new Design Studio in Barcelona, supporting a wide range of international projects—hospitality, residential, mixed-use, cultural, corporate, and large-scale urban developments.

We are looking for a BIM Architect (5–8 years) passionate about data driven design, automation and digital delivery.

What will you do?

• Manage BIM models (LOD 200–350) and coordinate architecture/structure/MEP.
• Run clash detection, ensure BIM Execution Plan (BEP) compliance and contribute to construction-ready deliverables.
• Automate workflows with Dynamo/Python and support AI-based design tools.
• Collaborate via cloud CDEs with multidisciplinary global teams.
