BIM Coordinator

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, facilitating collaboration between different stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of BIM workflows.

• Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols for project teams.
• Coordinate the creation, organization, and management of BIM models and data.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM into the project lifecycle.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolutions in the BIM model.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and processes.
• Ensure compliance with BIM requirements and project milestones.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
