BIM Coordinator

Overview

We’re searching for a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across complex construction projects at ALEC Engineering and Contracting L.L.C.

Responsibilities

• Review tender and IFC information models, drawings, and asset data in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Manage BIM coordination workflows and project data environments in line with project requirements.
• Support the implementation of BIM protocols, EIRs, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage multidisciplinary coordination processes.
• Supervise and support BIM Modelers across project activities.
• Ensure BIM QA/QC standards are maintained and models remain healthy and coordinated.
• Perform model audits and reviews using Autodesk Revit and related BIM tools.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models to identify and resolve clashes.
