Role Description
Responsibilities
- Knowledge & experience in working with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks software’s.
- Conducting the Model Health Check and Clash Reports for the received Models.
- Capability & experience in extracting various Schedules from the progressive Models.
- Initial Review of BIM Documents (e.g. BIM Execution Plan etc.) received from the Contractor, prior to forwarding them to the BIM Manager for final review.
- Lead Weekly BIM Progress Meetings and Preparing the MOM’s.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM standards, Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), and BEP.
- Manage and maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and ensure accurate model version control.
- Perform model audits to ensure geometry accuracy, proper naming conventions, and parameter consistency.
