Role Description

Job Title BIM Coordinator 
Department BIM / Engineering 
Reports To BIM Manager 
Job Summary Manage the BIM team and processes for Middle East construction projects ensuring accurate clash-free and constructible BIM models. 
Key Responsibilities Oversee QA/QC and BIM model submissions across multiple disciplines (Architecture Structural MEP Infrastructure etc.). 
Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards. 
Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Revit and BIM 360. 
Provide guidance on workflows and software tools. 
Work Environment Office-based with potential collaboration across time zones. 
Qualifications & Skills Bachelors in Architecture or Engineering. 
10-15 years of BIM coordination experience in Middle East projects. 
Proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 3...
