BIM Lead

Matchtech are supporting a key client with the requisition of a BIM Lead to join their Rail & Transit, Transportation Systems team in a permanent role. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of transformative transit projects within the GTA and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and implement the project-wide BIM strategy aligned with client requirements and lifecycle needs

Oversee digital design systems, including ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Develop and enforce the Design BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM Uses

Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring consistent application of Civil 3D, Revit, and best practices

Collaborate with Construction BIM teams to align digital delivery workflows

Monitor Design BIM team performance and report insights, risks, and improvement opportunities
