BIM Manager

Leads the BIM management function within the PMCM team, ensuring the Contractor’s BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project requirements, and coordination standards.



Key Responsibilities:



Review and approve the Contractor’s BIM Execution Plan and digital deliverables.

Oversee BIM coordination across all disciplines and ensure clash-free integrated models.

Monitor model updates, LOD compliance, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of clashes and interface issues.

Verify as-built BIM submissions and asset data for handover requirements.

Support the Client in digital asset management and integration with FM systems.
