Job Description – Electrical BIM Modeller Location: Mumbai Experience: Minimum 5 - 10 Years Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Create detailed electrical layouts, schematics, lighting, power, and cable routing drawings. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for clash-free model development. Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and BIM execution plans. Generate shop drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation from BIM models. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design/modeling conflicts. Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and timely project delivery. Support project teams during design development and construction stages. Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modelling.
