Black Hawk Field Technician

**Description**

SAIC is currently seeking a **Black Hawk Field Technician** located at **Lielvarde Air Base in** **Lielvarde, Latvia** to support the **Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT)** to deliver high-level technical support, system integration, and field service engineering for the BAT Program.

**NOTE: This is a 5-month contract.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

+ Provide technical support services in support of maintaining and sustaining fielded Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT)s, equipment and software at the identified locations.
+ Assist in the emplacement and initialization of the BAT.
+ Advise customers on the capabilities and limitations of the BAT.
+ Troubleshoot BAT hardware, software, and networks.
+ Provide feedback to program leadership regarding system performance and end-user feedback.
+ Perform operator and maintainer tasks on equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software.
+ Conduct training when needed.
