BMS Support Engineer

Immediate start available, 6 month contract initially. Successful candidate will have a proven track record in a BMS environment and have knowledge of 'Trend'. To deliver a focused programme of Building Management System (BMS) optimisation, HVAC efficiency improvement, and energy data analysis across the estate. The role will identify inefficiencies, implement optimised control strategies, and establish monitoring practices aligned with estate and capital investment priorities. Key Responsibilities: Optimise BMS strategies (Trend IQVision and Siemens Desigo), including schedules, setpoints, and sequencing. Undertake forensic analysis of HVAC systems across multiple buildings. Identify and deliver quick-win energy efficiency improvements. Support minor energy projects and alignment with decarbonization strategies. Review metering infrastructure and identify gaps in data availability.
