Brake Press Operator

Job Description:

The Brake Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining brake press machines to bend, shape, and form aluminum materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience working with aluminum, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate brake press machines to form aluminum parts according to blueprints and specifications


• Adjust machine settings for material type, thickness, and bend angles


• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and dimensions


• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders


• Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting


• Ensure a clean and safe working environment


• Follow company safety protocols and procedures
