Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Branch Head for the BLAP vertical at Lucknow location. The role requires strong team handling experience along with expertise in secured lending/business loan against property sales and branch management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive overall branch business performance


• Lead, train, and monitor the sales team


• Achieve branch sales and revenue targets


• Handle sourcing of BLAP cases through DSA/channel/network


• Ensure portfolio quality and process compliance


• Develop strong market presence and customer relationships
