Role Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all branch operations efficiently
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve targets
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies

Report performance metrics and updates to senior management regularly

Key Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
