Branch Operational Support Advisor

We are currently seeking a Branch Operational Support Advisor to join our team.

The Branch Operational Support Advisor provides advisory services and support to branch/hub staff and on retail/commercial operational issues and participates in the development, support and execution of projects that enhance the delivery of retail and business services to members. This role also provides subject matter expertise to department employees, as required.

Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day

1. Branch Operations: Acts as the primary resource for branch/hub staff on issues on retail and business services operational and technical issues; provides advice and support to staff and works to resolve problems or issues in a timely manner.
