Job description
Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Responsible for achieving individual andbranch sales targets. Manage a team of 6+ people consisting of sales, projects ad design.
Provide support to the sales team in procuring orders, follow up and collections. Monitor their
daily working.
Monitor the daily working of the design & projects team members. Ensure timely design support
to the sales team / clients and installation.
Participate in daily/ weekly / monthly reviews with the vertical head to review business progress
and KPIs.
Generate enquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline on the CRM software. Monitor and
ensure CRM compliance from your sales team.
Daily visits to clients, architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMC) as per company
norms. When required, do joint visits with sales team members, especially for large enquiries.
