Role Description

About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Breakdown Team Lead to manage our dedicated team of breakdown specialists in resolving unplanned machine events efficiently. As the leader, you'll play a pivotal role in minimizing machine downtime, ensuring high-quality repairs, and mentoring your team to success.

In this role, you will:
Work a 14/7 Roster, 7 Days and 7 Nights, 12 hours shifts
Lead & Manage the Breakdown Team: Supervise a team of breakdown specialists, ensuring the swift resolution of unplanned machine breakdowns and minimizing downtime.

Resource Allocation & Delegation: Assess breakdowns and allocate resources effectively to ensure a prompt resolution while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Data Capture & Reporting: Oversee the accurate recording and analysis of breakdown events, capturing all critical data for future improvement and failure analysis.
