**General Laborer (Day & Night Shifts - Available) ($20/hr.+ Piece Rate) (UP TO 100K+ A YEAR!!)**

**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated and skilled General Laborers to join our team in building internal conduit structures. This role involves overseeing the concrete casting process to ensure accuracy, cleaning and preparing steel forms to specifications, cutting and joining PVC conduits for spacing maintenance, fabricating and securing cages for unit reinforcement, and installing anchors and pins into units. Employees will go up to $26-27/hr. after 2 weeks at a piece rate. **_There are employees on track to making $100,000 this year._**
