Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Assess current business processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to communicate findings and support decision-making.
Assist in managing projects, including planning, execution, and tracking progress.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
Evaluate potential solutions and recommend the best course of action based on analysis and business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
